Staybrite 904L (1.4539) – Basic quality for watch cases and bracelets.
Staybrite 904L (1.4539) is an austenitic special steel with high molybdenum content as well as addition of copper and extremely low carbon content. It has excellent stability against pitting corrosion, stress corrosion and intergranular corrosion. The material is used for watch cases and bracelets where an excellent corrision resistance is needed.
