We offer round titanium material and titanium alloys, ranging from diameters of 4 mm to 400 mm, as well as square material in dimensions of 410 x 410 mm. The designs and tolerances of the titanium bars vary: for small diameters in ground form, we deliver for example with h7 tolerances. Larger diameters are delivered in rolled form with h9 or h11 tolerances. The forged titanium rod material is either peeled or turned. Depending on the application and market requirements, the bars are supplied with various specifications. The range of applications is very diverse. The primary users of titanium bars are the aerospace industry and medical technology. However, wherever high strength is required with low specific weight, titanium bars find their applications. Starting with ASTM B348, AMS 4928, ISO 5832, DIN 17860, VdTÜV WB 230-3 and material performance sheet (“Werkstoffleistungsblatt”) WL 3.7164, our titanium bars meet various specifications and are often multi-certified.

We cut your titanium bar according to your specifications, homologate specifications and arrange for the enhancement of your titanium bars for the respective application with various approval organizations, such as TÜV Rheinland or DNV GL. For long-term supply commitments, we also offer framework agreements that guarantee prices and quantities over the agreed period.
