Alloy 601 / 2.4851
Alloy 601H is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy with additions of aluminium and titanium. It is characterized by:
outstanding resistance to oxidation at high temperatures
good resistance to carburizing conditions
good resistance to stress-corrosion cracking
good resistance at oxidating, sulfur-containing atmospheres good mechanical properties at both room and elevated temperatures due to solid solution hardening.
